Well, I’m probably one of a few people who don’t like to hear the music while training (either running or walking). So, instead of the Nike+iPod, I’d prefer the new Nike+Speed Watch. As you might already guess, this kit eliminates Apple’s music player and gives you only the fitness-related information, such as calories burned, distance ran, elapsed time, and so on. All of them will be displayed on its LCD backlit display. You can also upload the data to the NikePlus Website, for progress tracking purpose for example, by simply plugging the watch into your computer’s USB port.
No further information about the Nike+Speed Watch from Nike, except that it is fully compatible with Nike+ shoes
